How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and product type. Since most pieces are handcrafted, please allow 5–10 days for processing, plus standard shipping time. We’ll send tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges for unused and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Customized/personalized items are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect. Contact us with your order number to begin the process.
Where do you ship and what are the shipping charges?
We currently ship across India (and internationally on request). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. Some orders may qualify for free shipping during promotions.
